Stephanie Savides started SAVIDES REAL ESTATE in February, 2010. She has been a licensed real estate broker since 1994 and worked full time as a realtor since 2003. Prior to starting her own company, she worked at Cashin Company (now Coldwell Banker) in Menlo Park and Portola Valley, and Keller Williams Realty in Menlo Park. Savides Real Estate is located in Menlo Park, California. It is a boutique residential real estate company providing professional, high quality, personalized service to buyers and sellers in the Silicon Valley.

BACKGROUND AND AREAS OF EXPERTISE
Stephanie has lived on the Mid-Peninsula her entire life and is a local expert. She grew up in Los Altos and Los Altos Hills, graduated from Gunn High School in Palo Alto, Stanford University, and Santa Clara University School of Law. She has owned houses in Menlo Park since 1993 and currently resides in Central Menlo Park.
Prior to becoming a realtor, Stephanie practiced ten years as an attorney. As a litigator and transactional attorney at Hoge, Fenton, Jones & Appel law firm, she gained valuable experience in business and real estate transactions and litigation, mortgage banking, tax and estate planning. As an in-house real estate attorney for The Gap, Inc.,she negotiated and drafted leases and other complex real estate contracts.
Stephanie has also achieved success throughout her life as an athlete. In tennis, she was the #1 ranked Northern California junior in every age division, #1 open player, All-American in singles and doubles at Stanford, and winner of three NCAA team championships. She was also an Academic All-American. After college, Stephanie traveled worldwide on the pro tennis circuit where she competed at such tournaments as Wimbledon, the French Open and the Australian Open and achieved a career high world ranking of #263 in singles and #174 in doubles.
In recent years, she has competed in endurance sports, including century bike rides, three marathons, several half-marathons, and two Olympic distance triathlons. Highlights include placing among top 20 women in Bay to Breakers, completing the 130 mile Markleeville Death Ride in cycling, and qualifying for and running the Boston Marathon.
As a realtor, Stephanie represents both buyers and sellers in all price ranges. She especially enjoys working with buyers and sharing her extensive knowledge of the area and neighborhoods, negotiating the best possible deal, and counseling them through the buying process. Stephanie specializes in the areas of Menlo Park, Palo Alto, Atherton, Los Altos, Los Altos Hills, Portola Valley, Woodside, and surrounding areas. In 2018, she sold over $30 million of property.

Stephanie possesses an extensive and broad-based knowledge of the local communities. Her children have gone through the Menlo Park public school system, attending Oak Knoll Elementary School, Hillview Middle School, and Menlo-Atherton High School. Stephanie grew up in Los Altos Hills and her parents and sister live in Los Altos. She belongs to Alpine Hills Swim and Tennis Club in Portola Valley. Through her local contacts and knowledge, Stephanie provides her clients with recommendations and information on public and private schools, childcare, sports and recreation programs, country clubs, restaurants, shopping, and more.
Stephanie is a member of the Silicon Valley Association of Realtors, the California Association of Realtors, and the National Association of Realtors. She is also a member of the State Bar of California.
